Training Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy: In your best interest, we ask you to purchase a refundable transportation ticket in the event that the class is cancelled for any reason.
If a student is unable to attend a course for any reason, the student can be rescheduled in any future IMS course or send an alternate attendee in his or her place. If a student cancels 30 days prior to a class, they may receive a refund.
IMS retains the right to cancel any class up to 6 business days prior to the class start date. IMS is not responsible for any student expenses associated with class cancellations. If IMS cancels a course, each affected attendee will be given credit to attend a future course, and a $100 gift certificate once they do attend a course. In the unlikely event IMS cancels a class, and a student does not wish to attend a future course, a refund can be issued upon request.
Terms of Payment: All courses must be paid in full prior to the first day of class.
