If the student is unsatisfied with the training, IMS will permit him or her to retake the course once more, provided open seats are available and the student brings the training manual to the course.
Written submittal must be received by our Training Department within 5 business days of course completion. The student will be permitted to retake the course within 90 days of the request. Please contact our Training Coordinator for more details.
