Letters of Recommendation
Letters of recommendation are also highly valued by IMS, and are a point of pride for the company. Letters of recommendation from our valued customers serve as testimonials on our website and as tangible evidence of our stellar reputation when petitioning for new business. To show our appreciation for submitting letters of recommendation, IMS will present you with a Starbucks gift card.
If you are interested in writing a much-appreciated letter of recommendation, we ask that you refrain from mentioning specific employee names within the body of the letter. Since IMS works as a team, we prefer to keep our public-facing materials focused on the company as a whole. We do, however, internally recognize and reward our employees, so please feel free to contact IMS at customerfeedback@ims-web.com to share your comments about a specific member of the IMS team.
