New Customer Case Study Developed in Conjunction with Sundt Construction

This case study details IMS involvement in the implementation of an enterprise project portfolio and resource management solution and expansion of Building Information Modeling (BIM) capability.
Prior to the engagement with IMS, Sundt faced the unique challenge of applying project management best practices to ensure customer technology requirements were met and high quality results continued to be delivered. The implementation of Oracle’s Primavera P6 and an integration between P6 and Autodesk Navisworks kick-started Sundt’s enablement to meet ongoing project requirements and consistently exceed clients’ expectation.
