Jeff Collins, PMP
President / CEO
Mr. Collins is Founder and President of Innovative Management Solutions, Inc. (IMS), and has over twenty (20) + years in the industry. His responsibility is to establish the overall direction and growth of IMS. This includes the development of new business, development of business partnerships, recruitment and enablement of management personnel, and as necessary, managing strategic accounts.
As required, Mr. Collins has been utilized as a Project Team Leader to develop needs analyses, establish goals, provide recommendations, implement solutions and provide training and education services. Mr. Collins has provided consulting and project management support to numerous Fortune 500 companies, such as Northrop/Grumman, ARCO, BP Exploration, DuPont Chemical, Farmland Industries, Union Pacific Resources, Weyerhaeuser, DOW Chemical, Department of Veterans Affairs, Cap Gemini, EDS, and Unisys.
Furthermore, Mr. Collins has personally contributed significantly to the development of new project management software applications that are being utilized on projects worldwide
Brent Langley, PMP
Vice President - Client Services
Mr. Langley has direct responsibilities related to corporate infrastructure development, business development, project staffing, as well as providing training and consulting to our clients. In addition, Mr. Langley serves as a liaison between on-site project account leaders and our clients.
Mr. Langley has over eighteen(18) years experience in Project Management with focus in the Scope Management, Time Management and Cost Management Knowledge areas. Mr. Langley has expertise in assisting clients with integrating and utilizing project management concepts and methodologies into their Planning, Executing and Controlling Processes for IT, Engineering, and Construction projects. Additional responsibilities have included collection and dissemination of performance reporting. Mr. Langley has extensive experience with the Core Planning Processes including scope planning and definition, schedule development and cost budgeting. Mr. Langley has served as technical lead for Exxon Chemical Company's worldwide integration and utilization of Primavera's P3 Project Planner into a proprietary Information Technology application for Maintenance and Process job planning and scheduling. He has also rolled out Primavera's enterprise products to such notable clients as Hewlett-Packard, Weyerhaeuser, Aflac, Carter & Burgess, and many more.
