Innovative Management Solutions (IMS) invites you to attend a live webinar of our recent iHEEP presentation in San Antonio.  While attending iHEEP earlier this month, IMS, along with members of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), highlighted the challenges, objectives, implementation approach, and outcome associated with an IMS-led Primavera P6 implementation for TxDOT.  Many of you with whom have been in contact with IMS in the past month encouraged us to host a live virtual presentation to include our presentation and a sample demo of the implementation.  We now cordially invite you to join us on October 28th for this presentation.  Join your colleagues from across the Nation’'s Government Transportation sector to learn how our implementation of Oracle’s Primavera P6 made a difference for TxDOT, and how it might become a successful enterprise project portfolio management solution for your engineering or construction management needs.

Client Backgrounder

The Texas Department of Transportation engaged IMS in the implementation of Primavera in order to achieve its goals in resource management, project scheduling, real-time status, shared data, and consistent reporting.  IMS analyzed the existing business processes, worked consultatively to define new processes, where needed, and configured Primavera to support these business processes.  IMS proved a partner-of-choice with delivery of a sound system for over 5000 projects and 2100 users.  IMS configured and produced: new process models, custom procedures, progress reporting, dashboards, enhanced best practices and role-based training. The largest State Transportation agency in the United States now uses IMS-configured Primavera as its Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management solution.
