• Work with Engagement Managers and Managing Consultants to implement new enterprise-wide software systems.
• Support the local client team during the configuration, training, testing, data migration, and roll out phases of each system.
• Develop training material and deliver training.
  
• Provide implementation expertise and technical leadership required to drive consistent utilization of planning and scheduling tools.

• Well-versed in the application of enterprise software systems to business needs.
  
• Experience in the implementation of a common enterprise solution across multiple locations
• Able to work in a team environment where the focus is on achieving the best common approach across all regions (need to balance central and regional requirements)
• Able to contribute ideas and recommendations and accept / integrate the ideas of others
• Communication and interpersonal skills will be important capabilities
• Industry knowledge in energy and/or construction.

Corporate Scheduler

• Develop standard schedule templates for rig production,
• Prepare integrated manufacturing schedules for all rig delivery projects for new rigs in a full hierarchy from components / materials to final delivered product in sufficient detail that all activities can be resourced and tracked.
• Track work status on a regular basis, at least weekly, report status against plan highlighting delays the moment they become visible, prepare critical path analysis and identify opportunities to reduce the product lead time,
• Schedule and track long lead item delivery,
• Schedule resources at key in house work stations including rig component assembly and final rig assembly and provide means for supervisors to use for daily scheduling,
• Provide a scheduling, resource loading and reporting service to all internal work centers showing load versus capacity.
• Transfer forecast to production plan identifying slots available for sales to assign new sales.
  

• Responsible for providing Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing updated schedules with critical activities and updated deliveries. 
• Marketing and Sales reports will include available production slots for bids, tendering and customer discussions.
• Executive level reports on key risks to delivery of projects.
  

• Primerva Planning Software experience and competency required
• Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing and/or Oil & Gas
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation and reporting skills.
• Self-starter who can develop the system and perform the work with little intervention.
• High interpersonal skills to ensure data is acquired from all business units and reports are utilized.
